You have found yourself at the site of Rebecca Nase, sculpture, welder, and metal fabricator... among other things. A select amount of her portfolio is available here, for your viewing pleasure and enjoyment. This is not, however, a catalog where you can pick a piece that will be duplicated. Everything is original and one of a kind; items can be made to order with special requests.

She attended Pratt Institute, a specialized school for the arts, where she discovered welding. Instantly, she was hooked on the versatility, and crazy sexy qualities metal has to offer. Bending and curving round rods became her trademark. She is constantly surprising even masters of the craft when they learn she bends everything without the aid of heat (because her curves are so well done, almost flawless). During her schooling, she grew weary of the “art world’s” view of how sophisticated and impressed with themselves artists tend to be. She desired everyone, that is, the everyday person, to enjoy her work and become involved with it. What better way then to make interactive pieces? As her sculptures evolved, they grew larger and an element of child’s play was added.
